The Quick-Lock MINI for repairing damage in pipes sized DN 100 / 4”, DN 125 / 5”, and DN 150 / 6” with lengths of 145mm or 90mm for bends up to 45° in conjunction with the corresponding installation packers.
Application: For installation in gravity pipes, rising mains, and district heating lines.

The Quick-Lock MINI for repairing pipes sized DN 100 / 4” and DN 125 / 5”. The Quick-Lock MINI seals off the damaged area using only mechanical means.
Based on the principle of compression and the materials 316L and EPDM, which have proven themselves over many years. The installation packer specially designed for the Quick-Lock MINI is equipped with an adjustable carriage.

Materials
The materials 316L stainless steel and EPDM seal have proven themselves for decades in pipeline construction. Grade 316L stainless steel lasts virtually forever in municipal wastewater .
The EPDM seal is a state-of-the-art pipe engineering product with very long service life and extremely high wear resistance.

Quick-Lock MINI is available in two configurations:
- Variant 1*: Length 90mm, diameter DN 100 / 4”, DN 125 / 5”, and DN 150 / 6” (allowable bends up to 45°), internal pressure 10 bar / 145.03 psi, external pressure 1,5 bar / 217.55 psi
- Variant 2*: Length 140mm, diameter DN 100 / 4”, DN 125 / 5”, and DN 150 / 6”, internal pressure 10 bar / 145.03 psi, external pressure 1,5 bar / 217.55 psi
*The Quick-Lock MINI is available only with flared end both sides.
