Every Quick-Lock system needs its installation packer
Quick-Lock sleeves are installed using a specially developed installation packer.

Our installation packers were developed to be particularly efficient and are of the highest quality.
To install the Quick-Lock BIG and the Quick-Lock BIG LinerEnd, the assembly tools are required.
The following installation packers are available:
Installation packer DN 100–125 / 3.9”–4.9” for pipes with bends with the Quick-Lock STANDARD.
Installation packer DN 150 / 5.9” for pipes with bends with the Quick-Lock STANDARD.
Installation packer DN 100–150 / 3.9”–5.9” with adjustable cassis and laser.
Installation packer DN 150–200 / 6”–8” with adjustable cassis and laser.
Installation packer DN 200–300 / 8”–12” with adjustable cassis and laser.
Installation packer DN 350–500 / 14”–20” with adjustable cassis and laser. With a hollow core to enable use in running water.
Installation packer DN 500–600 / 20”–24” with adjustable cassis and laser. With a hollow core to enable use in running water.
Installation packer DN 600–800 / 24”–32” with adjustable cassis and laser. With a hollow core to enable use in running water.
Installation packer DN 150–200 / 6”–8” horizontal for well rehabilitations.
