Quick-Lock – Made in USA– Engineered in Germany
The Original stainless-steel sleeve with over 34 years in field experience marks the next step in the system’s development.
Quick-Lock is now made in the USA. As of January 7, 2026, production of the original stainless-steel Quick-Lock sleeves has started at our new facility in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
Local production means greater availability and shorter lead times for partners, contractors, and utilities across North America. Faster delivery makes project planning more predictable. This translates into improved responsiveness, more efficient logistics, and reliable access to a proven point repair solution when time matters.
Faster point repair. No chemicals. Simple installation with clear economic advantages.
Quick-Lock has over 34 years of field experience. In the United States, it has been in use for more than two decades. ASTM requirements are met, and approvals include FDOT, MnDOT, NSF, and other recognized authorities.
Quick-Lock provides precise internal pipe repairs — no excavation required. Repairs can often be completed while operations continue, reducing surface disruption and minimizing traffic impact. Smaller crews can carry out installations quickly, making the system suitable not only for planned maintenance but also for time-critical interventions.
Quick-Lock systems are literally the “heart stent surgery” of system-relevant infrastructure. These systems are installed in everything from sewage and stormwater pipes to drinking water pipes. Well renovations and industrial pipes (LD and HD) complete the range of applications. Steel grades 319L and 904L for pipes exposed to seawater and three different seals (EPDM, NBR, and silicone) complete the sleeve system. Corresponding installation packers for point repair and installation balloons and cutting tools for LinerEnd sleeves, as well as assembly tools for manual installation for the BIG range, support the professional use of Quick-Lock systems.
Built for the situations crews face every day – from 3.9“ to BIG
Quick-Lock is used where pipes fail in the real world: at leaking joints and groundwater infiltration points, in cracked or fragmented sections, where offsets occur after ground movement, where roots have entered the line, where unused laterals must be sealed, at manhole connections, and at liner end transitions that need to be restored.
These repairs can be performed in pipes ranging from 3.9″ up to 118″.
Depending on the situation and pipe size, the system adapts to the job:
– QL Standard for smaller diameters and typical point repairs and for serial installations
– QL LinerEnd for liner transition areas
– QL BIG as a multi-part system for large diameters
– QL Pressure Pipe LD/ HD for low- and high-duty pressure applications
– QL for wells and man-hole joint repair
This scalability allows crews to work with a consistent installation approach across a wide range of pipe diameters, reducing complexity and simplifying training and equipment planning.
A purely mechanical point repair system, that can be installed with minimal crew in minutes. No resins, no chemicals, and no weather limitations. The mechanical design enables repeat installations with consistent results while reducing the need for consumables and simplifying site preparation.
Success through partnership
As deployment expands, local partnerships remain central to day-to-day implementation. Over the years, certified partners across the United States have played a key role in establishing Quick-Lock as a trusted point repair system in the field. Their experience, distribution networks, and hands-on support have made the system widely available to contractors, municipalities, and industrial operators.
