Our latest innovation is the Quick-Lock PRESSURE PIPE system.
It is used for the repair of localized damage in pressure pipelines and for connecting to hose liners in nominal diameters from DN 150 to DN 800.
The Quick-Lock PRESSURE PIPE system is available in two variants: LD and HD.
The LD version (short for “low duty”) was developed for the rehabilitation of pressure pipes with infrequent and low-intensity pressure surges.
To withstand frequent and high-intensity pressure surges over the long term, the HD version (short for “heavy duty”) was developed.
With over 2 million pressure load cycles, the HD sleeve has proven its durability thanks to a reinforced locking mechanism and a thicker stainless steel sleeve made from a special alloy.
Both systems are suitable for internal pressures ranging from -0.9 bar to +50 bar / -13.05 psi to +725.19 psi.
When using Quick-Lock sleeves in pressure pipelines, pressure resistance is only guaranteed when used in combination with an additional protector shield.
The protector shield prevents the seal from being forced into defects or gaps in the pipe wall, thereby avoiding damage to the seal.
Pressure pipelines in the following areas of application can be rehabilitated with the Quick-Lock PRESSURE PIPE system (LD + HD):
wastewater pressure pipes
potable water pipes
seawater pipes
district heating pipelines, pipelines, and more
